I have bright green stools all the time, and they freaked me out too.  I went to my doc, and she checked me out and she told me that green is not really anything to worry about.  All that green stool really indicates is that the stool passed through the colon faster then usual, which occurs when a person is stressed, ate something that didn't agree with thier stomach, or coming down with the flu.  It can also happen for absolutely no reason at all.  I'm not a doc, so i can't really say that its impossible for your gall bladder to be causing this, but my doc didn't mention anything about a my gall bladder or liver, and after a while it went away by itself.  Hope you feel better!!! DON'T WORRY!!!
