Had a ruptured gall badder about a year ago, the surgeon removed a stone and had a drainage tube put in for about 3 months then removed. The gall bladder was not healed and a infection sack formed on my lower abdoman which was lanced and another drainage tube put in. Five months have passed and the drainage has finally stopped for the last 11 days. Because of extensive previous surgery for bowel removal which developed a lot of infection the doctor said it would be very difficult to remove the gall bladder because of adhesions. My surgeon said he is open for any ideas. Looking for advise on what to do.
