gall bladder symptoms I need to know

I have to have my gall bladder removed my HIDA SCAN went from 77% in June to 40% December, I have alot of acid in my stomach naseua, vomiting but just acid comes up I have pain on the right side and it is tender to touch. I only sleep until about 12am and then I wake up with an upset stomach. The GI and the surgeon both agree it is my gallbladder (no stones) and I am scheduled to have it removed. I have had several other test and they are all negitive. I am just afraid that I will still have the symptoms after I have it out. Has anyone else had these symptoms and had their gall bladder and had it removed?
