gallbladder issues progressing?

I have an appointment sept 10th to see a surgeon to schedule a lap surgery, I have been told that on ultrasound that I have multiple polyps and the hida said that it appears that my gallbladder is not working but test is inconclusive. I have been ill for over 6 weeks now off and on, no energy, knee and other joint pains, muscle pains, right ab pain, major gas/ flatulence to the point I dont go anywhere now, bloated to the point it hurts, shoulder and back pain.

Last day or so I have been feeling better in fact was getting hopeful however late last nigh had really bad pains and thank god for nyquil that knocked me out and saved me from having a night of hell, this night has for sure been the worst of my 6 weeks.

I feel great today no pains, gas etc, but I have new symptoms : nauseau , felt like i couldnt breather for a second, really hungry for a change, have bouts of sweatiness and feeling hot, and most worrisome to me is half of my stool was yellow, like a clayish dark yellow, not green and not your normal yellow.

Should I go to the E.R. ?

don't want to worry you but I do suggest you go to ER as well. My aunt had similar problems and thought she could tough it out and finally got to her appt, they rushed her to surgery and her gallbladder had gone gangrene. It didn't turn out so well.

I would suggest going to the ER. You may have an infection of some sort being as you are sweating and having chills. Please see someone soon so that you can get to feeling better.
