gallbladder
mother ... age 86... has had severe bloating for 5 weeks.  No other symptom but she has gall stones.  Doctors say maybe IBS or overgrowth of bacteria.  But the bloating is severe by the end of the day.  Do you know if gallstones or gallbladder attack can present with the only symptom as severe bloating?  This is the 3rd bout in 3 years.  Last bouts lasted about 5 weeks.  No pain.  No inflammation of gall bladder on CT.  A few gallstones around 1 cm.  But only symptom is bloating
