gas chest pain

I suffer very badly from chest pain due to gas it seems like i need to burp but the pain is so intence it has put me in hospital i have sufferd a heart attack in the past and have done the exercise test but had pain and had to stop but no problems showed on the test the problem comes on only when i move ,i seems like im shakeing up the gas like a bottel of pop when i stop the pain stops strange i know i have tryed some antacids but they don`t work for me any help will be great

You know what... when i had gall bladder attacks it felt the same way! Like i was so full of gas that my stomach was swollen and horrible chest pains!  I went to the docs hundreds of times and they kepy givin me anti-acids. They put me on Zantac 75 and it worked for a while but the pain always came back. Finally after months and months of this they found out it was my gall bladder. Perhaps you should have them check it...
