gas trouble & chest pain

Dear Doctor,

Iam 29yrs old,male,having complaints of severe gas trouble.sometimes it is accompanied with chest pain which lasts for about 2seconds,no specific location,but mostly left sided.Had an ECG 1 yr back,it was normal.doctor prescribed some medicines for gastritis. i was not able to continue on that. im also having productive cough particularly after food.(no continuous cough) .i dnt know what th eactual problem.
