can u tell me how to avoid frequent belching ,it is so embarrassing.
belching occures after every five minuits after i eat food

Go and have a breath test for Helycobacter pylori bacteria in your stomach. It's a simple non-invasive test. If positive, you get antibiotics for a week, and it usually helps. Bacteria in stomach may produce a lot of gas.
