gastric problem with acute stomach pain

I am brijesh, my wife often complains about its gastric problem and sometime she have acute pain in stomach with heart burn. She takes a lot of pills that i can not afford for a long time. Please suggest

First, go to a doctor and have her checked of H. Pylori. There are a lot of things she can do, but she needs to know where she stands because a LOT of things cause that sort of symptom. H. Pylori is by far the most common. She may want to start taking Peptobismol or something like it for now for the heartburn and stomach pain (though you want to make sure this doesn't interact with anything else she's taking), but go see a doctor NOW.
