gastric reflux and pyloric stenosis

does anyone know i have 2 boys the oldest who suffered from pyloric stenosis and was operated on at 8 weeks old and told me i would almost 99% guaranteed pass it on to any other children i had especially a boy as i was a carrier of it so my youngest is now just 3 and ever since he was born he has a choking type cough which seems to be getting worse he is fine in himself just chokes so much as if he is going to chuck up everywhere and then he is fine again everytime i have taken him to the dr's which is very frequently as it is driving me mad they say it is only viral as per usual and dont seem to do anything about it as the dr always knows best and i pat is back when he is choking natural instinct and the dr says i am probably making it worse and i should leave him ......... yeah i will just walk round and ignore the fact my child is choking please help
