His B12 may be low. PPI's are know to cause this. B12 deficiency can result in sore muscles, being tired and neuropathy. I would tell him to get it checked. He can then take B12 shots or sublingual B12 to build his levels up if low or borderlineBorderline personality disorder. I also see undigested food in my stool with PPIs not sure what causes this.
