Hi, I have been suffering from stomach upset,nausea,indigestion and upset stomach for about three weeks. I am on nexium 40 for gerd. I am concerned that I could have developed stomach cancer. I had a endoscopy about 18 months ago which showed mild gastritis and reflux. I also lost some weight over the last two weeks. Very worried I am going for another egd on friday. Does anyone know if stomach cancer can grow in such a time period enough to cause symptoms. I have read that most stomach cancers are very slow growing. thanks
