gastroectomy

We are trying  to find the best physician, the guru, anywhere in the country who has experience in treating patients who have undergone a gastroectomy and 5 months after they are no better.  In fact worse, not being to hold anything in the "pocket" that was created during surgery.  Constantly feeling sick and vomiting bile.  She's not getting any nutrition and is losing lots of weight. We need a doctor that is most knowledgeable in this problem...not the regular GI doctor that does endoscopys and simple GI problems.  Please someone help!
