gastroparesis pain

I have gastropareis & have intensive pain where my gallbladder is located, down the right side, right groin area & across lower pelvic area - Is this part of gastroparesis.  It is worse in the early & mid morinng.  Everyone talks about their pain with gastroparesis but doesn't decribe the location other then the stomach.  I don't have stomach pain just mostly nausea.  Thanks for the help.

could you tell me what type of pain you usually get by the gallbladder.  I get sharp pain both in the front & back. They start in the morining around 3:00 to 4:00 a.m. & are worst when I eat.  I've had all sorts of gallbladder test but they come back negative.

Gastroparesis pain is typically felt in the area of the stomach and sometimes across to where the gallbladder is. It's typically not felt in the groin or lower pelvic area.
