Is it possible to never have any symptoms of gastroparesis until 2 months after hiatal hernia surgery nissen
fundiplocation?

Gastroparesis due to diabetes is the most common known etiology as you probably know. But other listed known 'causes' of gastroparesis include ischemia, connective tissue disorders, radiation, cirrhosis, and prior gastric surgery (ie, fundoplication and ulcer disease).
