In 2007 I had a laparscopic nissen fundoplication. No more reflux which is great but still cannot burp!
After 6 months two insicional hernias appeared and were repaired april 2008. 3 months after repair another lump appeared above my belly button and has grown to a considerable size...I had assumed it was another hernia but have been told it is a granuloma (possibly due to mesh rejection?) and am awaiting further information/treatment.
Has anyone else had this as a result of hernia repair?
Would appreciate any advice
