groin pain which has developed into severe abdominal pain

hi im 23 and here are my symptoms

about a year and a half ago developed groin pain- left side came and went, also some pain in right side of groin but not as severe
after six months- went to doc she did bloods and they came out clean, ie normal white blood cell count, pain went away
after 5 months pain came back except this time with left groin pain there was pain up along the left side of abdomen- wen to doc and she sent me for ultrasound for hernia- negative results, pain went away again
about a month ago pain came back in left groin area with a heaviness in left testicle- however pain was accompanied with severe abdominal pain both left and right side and sometimes at the top near stomach liver area, pain is most consentrated in the lower right and left abdomen where colon should be- also started feeling really sick,, tired nausea etc, pain got so bad went to hospital doc examination said i had a lot of junk in my bowls and sent me for x ray results said there was alot of blockage in my right side and prescrided me movical to flush out my system, pain did not go away and ive had severe abdomal pain for 3 weeks, while my groin pain has left. went back to doc and she took bloods again and gave me medicine for bowl spasm which havent worked that well- i now have to wait a week for bloods and am very concerned

here are my concerns- im very fearful that my intial pain in groin area was swollening lymph nodes cause by cancer spreading to area, after period of a year it could have spread to colon and cause this blockage, that was represented in the x-ray, my doc at the hospital was a med student and am fearful that he might have missed the "blockage"  been a tumor since none of the medication is working. my own docter is also not too interested and thinks itmight just be ibs or something like that but is ignoring the link between groin swelling and adboninal pain and just say im not in the age category, havent had bloods done in a year and then symptoms had left then ,
can anyone please give me some insurance as i await my bloods and im in alot of pain to find out what its is
