tanisha,
I too have been unlucky enough to have had H.PyloriHelicobacter pylori Pyloric stenosis. I had it in April of "98" and did the tripleTriple antibiotic Triple paste Triple paste af Triple sulfa topical Triple tannate pediatric Triple x pediculicide therapy. I was told then, the therapy usually takes care of it and it doesn't return. Well in May of "99", one year later, I started having problems again. I went back to the doctor and saw a doc on call that day. She told me that it could and has been known to come back. I was tested and was positive again, and was treated. It hasn't returned since then. I don't know how expensive the test is, but if you feel you might have it again, I would get a second opinion. It does not need to go untreated. I was told also it can cause cancer if left untreated. Some doctors, I guess think it will not return, but in my case it did, so I would keep on your doctor until he/she gives you another test.
