hard lump inside center to lower left rib

I have had this pain and lump inside my center stomach to up under my left rib. been there since the birth of my 5th child 6 years ago the pain has gottting worse now

It may be an intestinal hernia, lipoma or fibroma (harmless benign tumor). I think, abdominal ultrasound can be enough for diagnosis, well, doctor - after examination - will tell. I think you don't need to expect something big (if it was cancer it would grow much faster), but it has to be checked, because it may press on a blood vessel or some organ and cause problems. If it is hernia, the blood flow to that part of intestine may be obstructed, and this needs to be solved.
