i go about every hour and half only about a tablespoon of mush comes out with cramping pain in groin. this has been going on for three days.
I ate at a greek resturant on Sunday could this be from eating  something? I had a greek salad, calamarti. spanokopidi with spinach and feta cheese. It is a form of a greek pie. spelling may not be right but it is close. Am not being woken up during night with this and effecting my daily routine. any suggestions as to what can be? I hate to bother my doctor with a triviale problem. oatehr than that i am feeling okay.
