help me help my sister

Is there a doctor on the eastcoast that specializes in "gastroparisis" that can help my sister?  We live in New Jersey and currently have a specialist out of RobertWood Johnson Medical Center. The pain that she is in each and every day is unbearable and the pain meds are very mild that are prescribed.  She just rcently had "botox" done which was supposed to help with the nausea and the pain but, sadly, there has been no improvement.  She is so thin and each day she fights to eat to stay alive but the quality of life at the present time is shameful and unfulfilling. I cant watch this once vital, spunky girl wither away any longer so please, if anyone out there can respond I am eternally greatful to you.

we have a very good specialist but i feel like we need someone who is an expert. she also receives accupuncture as an alternative treatment. we are willing to basically try anything to just stop the pain and suffering.
