help pleas, cant find cure for my stomach issue

i have alot of gas and pains in my stomach, i find it hard to eat a big meal or fatty foods, when i do i suffer with pain for days, my stomach becomes bloated and painful, it spreads to he sides of my upper stomach from the the center also experience alot of diahrea which is pale, my stomach feels sore and weak and im afraid of even eating as it makes me worse. i have stopped wheat as i thought it was to do with some kind oof allergy but it has not helped,

i have been on medication for gerd and peptic ulcer for months, this does not help, i have had a ultrasound of liver which was fatty also the pancreas and gallbladder shown they were fine. blood tests of liver they say are normal

i have stopped drinking alcohol and smoking cigerettes, i do remember i had a few drinks a few days before this problem began and now its been 10months, some days it gets better and i start eating normal, but then it happens again and i have to eat very little till i feel better. what can it be, so i can be directed it the right direction to get checked out, i am going back to my dr in a few days.
