can gerd and ibs cause slow stomach emptying i wal also anorexit had a gastric empty scan showed only 20 percent in 90 minuts. no diabetis. what coulf cause it

There is only one known cause for gastroparesis at this point in time: neuropathy due to diabetes. But it may suggest that anything that interferes with nerve action in the stomach may result in changes in gastric emptying. There are a number of people, however, who are found to have idiopathic gastroparesis and no cause has ever been identified. In some, there may be a small association between gallbladder issues and this problem, but that is not true across the board. So it's still a mystery.
