I've been having constapation problems lately seems back to back and my back hurts and when i did an enmea i'm just so sore my abs hurt and having a tinging sensation in my legs ? what is happening?

Hi, I'm a Nutritionist.  If I were you I would make an appointment with a Gastroenterologist.  People with bowel problems, like constipation, often have lower back problems.  If your back feels better after you have a bowel movement, it's related.  Make an appointment with a Gastroentologist for 1 month from now.  And while your waiting for the appointment, do these 2 things (which he is going to tell you to do anyway).  Start taking a probiotic. Buy "Activia" at the grocery store and eat one container every single day. You must also make changes in your diet while your taking the Activia.  Stop eating dairy products.  Buy Soy milk and use it instead of regualr milk.  Lay off all other dairy products other than the Activia which is a type of yogurt.  Start eating more fiber.  Oatmeal, brown rice, whole wheat bread, whole grain cold cereals that are high in fiber and low in sugar (read the lables).  Eat lots of raw vegetable salads and raw fruit.  Avoid nuts of all kinds.  Try keeping a dairy from the day you start eating this way and taking the Activia.  When you see the Gastroenterologist it will help him GREATLY if you can honestly tell him that you have been eating this way and taking the Activia for at least 3 or 4 weeks before your appointment.  Good Luck!
