I have had Hemorrhoid (in and out) and also fissureAnal fissure since i say 1990,
Once as both bothering me I checked with my doctor, 15 years ago, and he did look inside
me rectum and colon rulling out colon cancer. But he confirmed both hemorrhoid and the fissureAnal fissure.
perhaps every few month, one of these 2 will break open causing bleeding (perhaps 5-10 drops)
this happens when my stool would be rather hard for 2-3 days.
I read many articles on hemorrhoid and fissureAnal fissure but did not see anyone talking about infection caused
by bleeding where the bacteria can easily get in the blood stream.
