hemorrhoids and mentral cramps

I have been using hemorrhoid cream prescribed by my doctor not regularly but of late not at all.The second week after my period i experience d a sharp menstral cramps ranging from my breast to my ovaries,just about the same time i went and had a bowel movement and the toilet bowl was bloody.i am also taking a birth control pill.What is happening now?i do not feel any itchyness.
