hemorrhoids

I had a small hemorrhiod and its gone but i think i put too much cream and it shrunk so much that now my bowel movements are very hard to get out. When they do bleeding occurs. How serious is this and will the effect of the cream go away?

Too much cream did not do this, hemorrhoids will shrink on their own.  Constipation and straining to have a BM is what causes hemorrhoids, and they will then bleed with BM's.  So it's important that you don't allow yourself to get constipated, or it becomes an on-going problem. Try a stool sofetener, or some Miralax and see if this helps.  But if you continue to bleed, it is always good to have it checked out.

Ditto what mammo said.  If the bleeding continues in spite of softeners, you may want to see your doctor about it.  An anal fissure rather than the hemorroids (hemorrhoids) may be the culprit of the bleeding.
