hernia/heart distinction breathlessness

Can hiatus hernia pain and heart pain get mixed up or especially the breathlessness aspect of them ? I feel I'm
having trouble with my hernia after vomiting a lot, also after an angiography, now I'm on an aspirin daily which I
understand can upset a hernia also, however I understand if it is helping the heart that comes first, but I'm fairly sure
the breathlessness is hernia related and would like to have it checked again and don't know whether I can with the
heart development - just out of hospital on Good Friday - how long would I need to wait ? Peta
