I'm worried about my younger brother he is very overweight (about 3-4 stones) and he has been feeling very tired all the time he also has had diaroheea for the last two-three months and is feeling extermely low in himself he has started a healthier eating plan which his whole family are undertaking.
His Doctor has done a blood test and that came back as normal but worringly high liver count ??
He has been drinking about 1-2 liters of coke a day !!!
I dont know if this is any relivance but my older brother has been diagnosed with prostate cancer at 30 years old and my whole family have stomach problems.
What do I do??
How can I help him ??

"High liver count", I guess high liver enzymes may be from "fatty liver" which is common in obese people. He should get an exact diagnosis. If it is fatty liver, he should lose some weight, and liver should improve.

If he is tired only lately, it can be more serious liver disease. He should get more exact diagnosis, it may be hepatitis. Prostate problems are not common in young age.

Just recommend him to visit gastroenterologist again to get diagnosis of liver disorder.
