how can take a patint who has gallbluder, liver problem

My elder sister has liver, gall bladder & stomach problem. She can't eat spicy food, sour such as lemon, ginger, tomato. She can eat only veg non spicy food. My question is can she travel by plane for long journey? Will she get right food in plane? i am talking about international airlines.

You can try to request a special meal. It can be a problem however. My husband has gluten issues and we've found that despite the best of intentions on the part of airlines, meals often fall far short of 'special.' On one of our flights about a year ago, his special gluten-free mean was graced with a 'lovely' regular dinner roll and package of regular crackers right in the middle of the tray.
