how to prevent extreme flatulence

What can i do to prevent severe stinking no warning flatulence.  I'm becoming a recluse because of it.   Have tried every anti-gas formula available and nothing works.

Not only do I have severe flatulence but I have also within the last 3 months gone from being severely constipated to having to RUN to the toilet numerous times a day only to have very small, puppy size; bowel movements.  Has anyone else out there had these same sequence of eveents and found an answer to them?  And yes, by the way I have been to many docs and had all the usuuaal test and gerd was the only diagnosis I got, but no relief for my lower problems.  Angelarene
