hunger like pains

two days ago i started getting this severe hunger like pain that shoots up to my chest. i eat and it still hurts. i tried drinking a soda so i can burp ( thinking that would work ) but no it hasn't.
today it was accompanied by nausea and diarrhea in the early afternoon
i never experienced this before so im alittle scared

You should go see your doctor but there are a lot of things it can be like acid reflux, IBS, gastritis, h pylori infection, ulcer, etc.  Most of these are pretty manageable.  It's best to get it checked out so you can get the right medication and diet.

yea i am going through pretty much the same stuff i haven't even really slept because of it
