hx of hyperplastic gastric polyps and IBS

Ok , my medical history is a mess dx IBS  i choked on bacon  TGiving 2005 had to call 911 i was dx with multinodular goitor  with a bout of thyroditis  endocrinologist refused therapy so i got a new endo he put me on synthroid 37.5 mg to shrink the goitors its working my vit D was dangerously low on 50,000 iu levels back up after a month, without Rx i suffer from hypo thyroid symptoms so now 2006  the dr found 5 hyperplastic polyps benign ,gastritis, no h pyloric. hiatle hernia    2007 i had my gallbladder removed it  I had benign  polyps and sludge  ,  now  for my 2nd colo he gave me the pills to swollow which made me sick and nauseas and the synthroid on an empty stomach i got sick so 6/ 2008 rectal bleeding colo showed internal external hemmrroids,  bowel inflamation (inflammation), diverticulosis otherwise normal then 8/2008 i was so nauseas smelling food made me sick abdominal bloat and pain   i started dumping yellow acid everything i eat and drink losing wt and burning my rectum so my  gastro showed another 3mm benign hyperplastic polyp i started generic prilosec and nexium crazy side effects making me dump more and have sweats and abdominal pain cant walk  so i stopped all this PP rx took metamucil capsules went on celiac diet  even though my gastro said i have long villa no blunting or plasia anyplace no cancer so why am i growing polyps  i do not take any PP rx which cause you to make polyps so why i am dumping constantly and losing wt  my drs are dumb founded all my blood work is good , no diabetic no adrenal fatigue no idea why i am dumping so much and losing wt, what illness cause dumping and  gastritis no h pyloric non smoker non drinker  i' have severe rx intolerneces don't take rx if at all possible , celiac? test pending but villa are long no blunting any idea what to do now?
