hypervascularity in the colom

I have been seeing bright red blood everytime i go to the bath room for the past week. I had a colonoscopy done and it revealed hemarroids and hypervascularity and unspecified colities....what does cause hypervascularity? Is it something i should worry about and follow up with a gastroenterlogist? i have been using laxative as a mean to loose weight for the past year and half///I stoped when i started to see blood in the stool..please share with me your answers by posting it here.

The unspecified colitis could be the cause of the blood. Check back with your doctor as to what form of treatment should be undertaken. If you're using stimulant laxatives I hope you shared that information with your doctor. If you haven't, do so. It's not a good idea to rely on the use of laxatives for weight loss. Consider dietary changes and an increase in exercise.
