was discovered during the EGD, or that the CT scans didn't show any inflammation or stones, or that the bloodwork didn't show any problems with your liver/pancreatic levels, or that the colonoscopy showed any sign of IBD.
If you've had this many tests then maybe the problem, whatever it might be, is just starting. What you describe sounds sort of like something called functional dyspepsia. If that's the case then really there isn't much doctors can do, but there are a number of things you can do, starting with getting yourself to a naturopathic doctor (make sure it's an N.D.) who is familiar with herbs, or an acupuncturist, particularly a TCM. They should be able to treat you more holistically, which may be what's needed in this case. I have had MANY great experiences with acupuncturists, and recommend you invest the time and capital into finding a good one.
For the moment, I recommend picking up an herb called Shatavari, which has been shown to help with dyspepsia, and has been used in Aryuvedic medicine for thousands of years for gastric
conditions. You should also consider starting to take DGL and Aloe Vera juice extract to promote any protective methods. Probiotics and digestive enzymes might be of help to you at this time as well. Remember that herbs are not a panacea, however, and that they should be treated with caution when in combination with other herbs or drugs. Read up on anything you take before you start.
, which is something a trained practitioner should walk you through: often times gastric conditions are controlled by our thoughts and emotions. Not saying this is psychosomatic, but rather that uncontrolled negative thoughts can be harmful in times like these.
