i have abdominal pain whats wrong? please help

Hello everyone, my name is Michael im 24 years old and Ive been suffering with this abdominal pain for 6 months now. The pain is in my lower abdomen right under my belly button and it usually hurts on both sides also. Its a very sharp excruciating pain that comes for a couple hours and goes away for a couple days at a time. ive been to the Emergency room 3 imes because of it. when it happens I cannot stand up straight I can barely walk and no matter what position im in the pain doesn't go away I just sit down and hold my stomach for hours until it goes away im tired of calling out of work and going to my specialist and getting no results. Ive been tested for h.pylori and the breathe test said ive been exposed to it but its inactive so its negative ive gotten a ct scan, ultrasound, blood work, and urine sample. my doctor has no idea what is going on he prescribed me librax which did nothing then prescribed me dicyclomine which also didn't work at this point hes guessing and I cant live my life with this problem its the worst pain ive ever felt if anyone has idea what this could be pleeease comment back. thanks for taking the time to read this. oh and I can go to the bathroom fine when the pain isn't there and food doesn't trigger it ive also gone on a gluten free diet and still had the same problems it can happen at anytime and when my abdomen does hurt and I go to the bathroom the pain skyrockets to the point where I feel my abdomen is ripping.

It's not a constipation pain I don't have a problem going to the bathroom it just hurts really really bad right after I go whether it's number 1 or 2 and yea I have enough fiber in my diet and drink enough water.  And  I'm thinking about going to a different GI but I don't want to because j feel like this doctor already knows all my symptoms and what I've been going through.. and as far as the colonoscopy goes Ive been paying out of pocket for all of my test because I don't have insurance and they want all the money down for the colonoscopy before it's done and I don't have the money for it

They didnt do an endoscopy or a colonoscopy? Request that they do. And probably find a new GI because any good GI would have done those 2 tests before doing a ct scan even.
You said you can go to the bathroom 'just fine' when you're not in pain. What about when you are in pain? It is possible that it constipation pain. Do you drink enough water every day? Have enough fiber in your diet?
Drink a ton of water, eat a lot of fruit and veggies and stay away from foods that are hard to pass (meat, dairy, etc)
And get those tests done.
