i have severe gas, abdominal pain, bloating and constipation

Am a 42 yoa female. 2 children. Stress level in past 6 months high.Have had constipation for sev yrs.Not uncommon to go week(s) w/o bowel movement. When I do will be 6 sm marbles. Before my period I have an upset stomach and pass a good bit of loose stool. New symptom. Can't ignore. @ 5 mnths. @ 3 or 4 times a week, At night. EXTREME gas pain, bloating and burning to the extent my stomach is hard as a rock. look 2 months pregnant. Painful. I miss hours of sleep, Burp every few minutes. Deep loud long burps. Can not lay down. Sit for 10 min, pain worsens and I have to walk and bend over to expell gas.
I hve migrains assoc. with stress, smells, and hormones. Take Cybalta, Clonipanand zomig Ttried every over the counter gas releif I can find. No releif. 20 tums.. 2 gas -x. Drug store brand. A bottle of pepto. Not take all in 1 day, Combine a couple. Only recent illness was jan this year. Bad kidney infection. 2 rounds of antibiotics . Gas started around the same time.Sress resolved. Gas has not.. Youngest child 5, had tubal after birth. Live in hot humid climate. If go Outside to burb makes me worse. Hot tub,pool, bath- motion makes it worse. I eat fairly healthy. eat little fried food and do not eat meat with every meal.Several family members with colitis(sp) but they have ulcers from intestines to mouth. I do not. Smoked since college. 3 to 15 ciggs a day. Social drinker. Will have one vodka with cranberry or sprite in pm when cook. I feel my stomach rumble now. It feels like an alien fighting his way out. You can hear the rumble. Can visible see what looks like ffetus kicking. I am 5'3" and weigh @ 115. I wear a size 2.I am known for my metabolism that allows me to eat large portions. Its genetic. No one in my family develops cancer until 90. Good genes.The sun is now rising and I have been up burbing since @ 11:00. I am an atty and have court obligations in a few hours. Please advise? please give me several options to explore. Help.!

It's difficult to say for sure without evaluation. But it appears that the symptoms can be consistent with a variety of upper GI disorders.
These can include GERD, an ulcer, inflammation of the upper digestive tract, as well as infections. Evaluation can be done with an upper GI series as well as an upper endoscopy. I would also pursue blood tests to exclude the bacteria H Pylori, which is associated with ulcers or inflammation.
If negative, imaging the abdomen can be done to look at the liver and gallbladder. This can be done with an ultrasound or CT scan.
These options can be discussed with your personal physician.

Drink a vanilla malt or milk shake (sonic is very good) through a straw. This will allow you to release gas by burping and as well as intestinally. The pain comes from trapped gas and this REALLY will help!! I very rarely get this now, but always keep vanilla ice cream on hand at home and drink a milk shake as needed. Pain always goes away with the release of the gas. Hope it works for you!!
