iTCHING after gall bladder surgery

my gall bladder has removed in September ,, after that one month i dint have any prob now i am feeling the itching below the skin the feelling is like a water drop flowing below the skin ,, when walking and sleeping i dont feel it but if i am sitting idle it is there ,, and am not able to concentrate on any other things when it starts ... plz do any one have this prob .. checked with the same surgoen who did surgery for me they did some blood test everything is normal in that dono whom to contact next plz let me know
