idk what sickness this is?

hey can someone help??? it hurts to swallow, when i take a deep breathe i get this pain in my right side under my ribs above my waist and when i dont take a deep breathe its just a like a pinch non stop there, when i bend in that same spot if feels someone stabbed me with a pencil earser really hard, i have a fever rangeing from 99.7 to 101.3 farenhite,i have a head ache,i have an ear ache, and because of this i barely sleep and ive eatin only a lil in three days, i have like an on and off pain in the middle of my back, its kinda given me bad breath, my tonsills are kinda swollen, when i stand i get dizzy, and one second im freezing and swetting then im burning up and swetting but shivvering at the same time! i could be in the hottest room in the house and ill be freezing! then i could be in the same room a half hour later and im burning outta no where!!!! illll be freezing when i laydown and put on a sheet stilll be shaking and swetting then i but a blaket on top and when i wake up an hour later im really hot then i take off the blanket then im freezing go back to sleep for an hour wake up and be burning again. at first i thought it was tss then tonsillitis then appendicitis now i only think it appendicitis and tonsillitis.... i think. can anyone help me? i have no clue what i have? if u have a slightest clue please reply to this! thank you

You really need to see your doctor about all this, so you can right to the problem.  To be running a fever you're fighting something, so don't wait around on this.  Take care...
