im lost can anyone help

I'm so lost, I have had so many tests but the doctors can't figure out what's going on with me. All the tests are coming back normal. For the last few weeks I have made a diary of my bowel movements. Can anyone help me or give me some advice.
May 11, 2012: 6 bowel movements, they were diarrhea, stringy or looked like coffee grounds. Also their were 5 times it felt like I had to go but nothing came out. throbbing and itchy pain on anus, went up to hospital

Sat May 12, 2012: 3 bowel movements,  were bloody diarrhea, also their was 3 that felt like I needed to go- wiped no blood. Once felt like I needed to go - wiped and their was blood. throbbing and itchy pain on anus

Sun May 13, 2012: 2 bowel movements, both diarrhea, one looked bloody and the other didn't. 3 times it felt like I needed to go but nothing came out, no blood. throbbing and itchy pain on anus

Mon May 14, 2012: bowel movement, stringy, flattened 2 times, felt like had to go 3 times- no blood, throbbing and itchy pain on anus. Leaking anus

Tues May 15, 2012: bloody diarrhea and stringy and looked like coffee grounds 2 times - alote of blood in toilet bowl and toilet paper, 1 diarrhea looking like little pellets.1 stringy hardly anything came out. 2 felt like had to go. throbbing and itchy pain on anus. Leaking anus

Wed May 16, 2012: 3 bowel movements diarrhea - stringy and looks like pellets. 4 felt like had to go - bit of blood on toilet paper. throbbing and itchy pain on anus - but more itchy. Stomach left upper felt like it was on fire(inside). Leaking anus

Thurs May 17, 2012: 2 bowel movements diarrhea with very thin bowel and also ribbon look like. 1 fuzziness around very skinny bowel plus diarrhea - blood on toilet paper. 1 small very flat skinny bowel - color black brown and light tan  all mixed in. 2 times felt like I had to go but nothing came out. Throbbing and itchy on anus. Leaking anus. Went to walk in clinic, got blood work done and got containers for stool sample

Fri May 18, 2012: 3 flat ribbon stool and also triangle shape with a bit look like coffee grounds - color black with a couple of brown spots also a little red, blood on toilet paper. 1 diarrhea light brown with black spots, when wiped lots of blood on toilet paper, took stool sample with this bowel movement. 3 Tryed to go  blood on toilet paper. Throbbing and itchy on anus. Leaking anus

Sat May 19, 2012: 3 times, really hard to go, stool very flat( looks like ribbon) also their were stools thinner then a pencil, not much came out - color yellow. 2 times felt like I had to go but just gas. Really gassy today throbbing and itchy pain on anus. Dropped off stool sample at hospital. Leaking anus

Sun May 20, 2012: 1 flat bowel movement. 1 flat bowel movement with diarrhea. 1 tryed to go. Throbbing and itchy pain on anus. Leaking anus

Mon May 21, 2012: woke up with poop in my pants. 2 flat stringy bowel movement with diarrhea.  2 stringy mucus and diarrhea. 1 black and yellow diarrhea. 4 felt like had to go - only clear liquid and a tiny piece of stringy poop that looked like a piece of sheded piece of skin came out, not much, bit of blood when wiped . 3 dark color diarrhea - with bright red blood in toilet bowl and streaks of red blood on toilet paper. Throbbing and itchy pain on anus. Leaking anus.

Tues May 22, 2012: 6 stringy bowel movement - dark almost look black, lots of bright red blood on toilet paper. 1 diarrhea - red blood/dark stringy and also looked like coffee grounds in toilet bowl, dark liquid and red streaks on toilet paper. 4 times felt like I had to go - blood and mucus toilet paper. Leaking anus. Throbbing and itchy anus.

Wed May 23, 2012: 5 dark stringy, mucus and looks like coffee grounds bowel movement - dark color, streaks of red blood and yellow on toilet paper. 5 dark stringy and mucus, when I wipe mucus, streaks of red blood and yellow on toilet paper. 2 felt needed to go. Throbbing and itchy anus. Leaking anus. Throbbing pain also on right side of stomach in between ribs and hip - feels like knife stabbing few times today.

Thurs May 24, 2012: 2 dark stringy mucus bowel movement - yellow, mucus and streaks of blood on toilet paper. 1 bowel movement that had 3  little pieces that were the size of a pea and 1 bigger - when wiped dark gooey and clear with a few specs of red blood on toilet paper. 1 stringy(dark color) and made water yellow - when wiped dark gooey and yellow color with red blood specs. 2 felt like had to go - when wiped yellow, clear, small red blood streaks on toilet paper. 1 felt like I had to go - when wiped specs of red blood on toilet paper. Throbbing and itchy anus. Leaking anus

Fri May 25, 2012: 3 bowel movement dark stringy - when wiped dark gooey and streaks of red blood. 1 less stringy with tiny little balls of poop that a very tiny streams of something dark going down the toilet bowl, half of them floated and the others sank to bottom of toilet - when wiped dark, yellow and red blood streaks, this was one of the most painful bowel movements I've ever had. 4 times felt like I had to go - streaks of blood when I wiped on 2 of the times. Throbbing and itchy anus. Leaking anus

Sat May 26 2012: 1 bowel movement flat and very thin as a pencil and some even thinner - came in little pieces smaller then an inch - color very dark brown few streaks of red blood on toilet paper. 1 thick light brown almost looked yellow diarrhea. 1 bowel movement that only a few small and skinny pieces - when wiped color was darkish yellow with red blood specs on toilet paper. 2 stringy and tiny little bowel movements tiny as a pea and hardly stays together - with red blood streaks on toilet paper. 2 tried to go - when wiped red blood streaks. Very gassy in the morning and bowel movement very smelly morning. Throbbing and itchy anus. Leaking anus. Went up to hospital.

Sun May 27, 2012: 3 tried to go - 2 time when I wiped red blood streaks. 2 diarrhea bowel movement looked like porage - specs of red blood on toilet paper also very smelly. 1 very skinny flat bowel movement - specs of red blood. 1 small flat bowel movement with diarrhea - when wiped gooey dark brown, a bit of yellow and red blood specs on toilet paper. 1 stringy gooey dark diarrhea with red blood when I wiped. 1 stringy coffee grounds diarrhea - red blood steaks on toilet paper. Throbbing and itchy anus. Leaking anus. Head really hurts on my soft spot - like a butcher knife in their, hurts even when I move my eyebrows( went to hospital for my headache, hurts 9 out of 10)

Mon May 28, 2012;  2 tried to go - 1 blood streaks on toilet paper. 1 tiny small bowel movement that is stringy. 1 bowel movement that had lots of stools that were flat and skinny also stringy - made anus extremely sore, very smelly and specs of blood on toilet paper. Throbbing and itchy anus. Leaking anus. Headache hasn't gone away or died down.

Tues May 29, 2012;  1 bowel movement flat and very stringy didn't want to say together also looks a bit like coffee grounds, when wiped gooey and very dark.  2 bowel movement few flat skinny stools - when wiped very dark and gooey. 2 diarrhea looks like coffee grounds and flaky skin - dark brown, 1 lots of blood(red) in toilet bowel and toilet paper. 5 tried to go - 4 blood streaks on toilet paper. Throbbing and itchy anus. Leaking anus

You are having a tough time. I am in the same boat. I have all kinds of tests and still feel lousy.  I had colonoscopy, endoscopy, liver scan, gallbladder sc an, Hida scan, and 2 sets of bloodwork. I really feel like my days are numbered.  I am preparing for the worst.

I'm only talking mess for my epilepsy that hasn't changed forever 7 years, I don't take anything else, once and a while I take Tylenol 3 for the pain but that's it. I still have the same symptoms when I do take it, it doesn't plug me up at all. Thanks I thought of that about meds but that didn't help. Thanks for the thought. I'm not going to give up but seams like the doctor has

Doctors get a diagnosis stuck in their heads and that is it !!! If you are taking any medications try to get off of them if they are not medically helping you. I was taking nexium for about 2 months and had severe side effects from it but the doctor said I shouldn't be having them. I quit taking it and my symptoms disappeared in about 2 weeks.. Your doctors guess is exactly that, a guess. An educated one, but still a guess based on some tests that don't show everything it could be. There are so many tests for different issues that something can be missed. Your symptoms are not normal and if your doctor or the specialist insists there is nothing wrong, change doctors, and continue until you have your answer as to what the heck is going on. Sorry about what you are going through and I totally understand how you are feeling.

Good grief, well, I know exactly how you feel.  At least you've got the specialist to talk to in a month.  See, I had six months of diarrhea, a half-dozen times every day, really took a toll on me, thought I was gonna die, ER for I.V. fluids, docs did all tests and I was "normal."  Finally I had to dig around and figure it out for myself.  

It occurred to me it might be medicine, I take several, and I reviewed anything I had started taking a month or so before all this happened, and it was an innocent tranquilizer, but it was acidic enough to tear up my guts.  So, I set about getting off it forthwith, it was SO hard to get off, but I did it within two months, and lo and behold, my symptoms went away.  

So, there is a chance if you take any medicines, you can let your specialist man know what they are, could be they are making it bleed in your tummy and small bowel, too.  Hang in, tho, in the meantime.  Drink extra water since diarrhea dehydrates, maybe try some milk and easy-to-digest foods, V-8, but at the same time keep SOME fiber in your diet, like oat cereal.

What can I do? My family doctor said to me today is that I will just have to deal with it cause they have done alone of tests and they come back normal, he also said that's just how my bowels work. What can I do I so lost. I see the specialist in about a month to see what he has to say.

Those are the only two tests hehasnt done, I'll see what he will say, ihave had diarrhea for over a year and a half, I keep on getting analysis assesses and analysis fissure and hemeroides

I am so relieved, wMICHAELc, that you are going to visit your doc.  Yes, they can do an ultrasound very easily and even send you to get a scan.  You see, the reason the colonoscopy came out okay, as I said, is it doesn't look at the small bowel, and also the reason the bloodwork came out okay is because you don't have a bacterial infection going on, rather it's some sort of blockage or irritation place that's making it bleed in your small bowel.  At least that's what I think and for docs ought to be sort of a common knowledge thing.  

I hope you will show your doc your diary, it is VERY revealing.  And your doc SHOULD know that coffee grounds in stool is an indicator of dried blood, just like black stool is an indicator of older bleeding (thus coming from small intestine).  In other words, you aren't supposed to have blood in your intestines.  

Do not let him send you away thinking you have hemorrhoids or something goofy in the large bowel.  NO.  That would appear as bright red on toilet paper and not much else in other symptoms, other than it will itch.  Yours itches probably becuz you HAVE developed hemorrhoids (which is simply swollen vascular tissue in the anal area), and those things can really hurt and itch when waste (or blood) passes by them, which is how come I mentioned the KY jelly.

I say all this stuff again becuz I want to be sure you don't get pushed away all over again.  And yes, it's no wonder you are tired!  You're bleeding from somewhere, you've had basically diarrhea forever which will drain every last bit of nutrition and hydration out of you.  Well, let us know what the doc says to you.  GG

Thanks, I have an appointment with my doctor in the next couple days. I've had a colonoscopy in Feb and a bunch of blood tests. The results all came back normal. The Dr hasn't done a endoscope yet with not a regular poop for over a year and half. I'll talk to the Dr to get an endoscope thanks. I feel tired all the time and don't feel like eating these days.

I'm not saying you have this, but ask to be tested for carcinoid syndrome.  If nothing else it will rule it out.

You may have bleeding going on in your small intestines, this is because you're getting these coffee grounds, which is generally dried blood, and also the dark-colored blood, these both mean blood that's been there a while, which almost always means it's coming from the small intestine.  Maybe you've already had a scan or ultrasound, but if not, they need to do one for your small bowel section.  You see, a colonoscopy can only go thru the large intestine; it stops where the small and large meeet.  I'm not sure how far down from the mouth an endoscope goes, but that's a possible procedure if you've already had small bowel scans done that show nothing.  

In the meantime, get you a tube of lubricant for your rear, plain KY jelly, in the blue and white box at the drugstore, put it on librerally after each time you bathe, it's water soluble so will more or less last until next time you shower, and it will ease all that itchy stuff going on.  I don't know why you're bleeding, becuz it can be several different things, a benign growth, a twisted bowel, any kind of blockage from A to Z, like some other part of the body is swollen and is pushing hard on your small intestine, or could be a diverticuli has become abscessed, lots and lots of things.  That's why they do scans.  

Please let us know what happens.  Your diary alarmed me.  I hope you will show it to your doctor.  And if they haven't put you in a scan, by golly they aren't doing their job.
