Newborn jaundice, but my eyes are not really white, they have a very slight yellowish tinge to them and so does my skin. This really upsets me. my other tests, cbc, cholesteral, wbc all normal and in the good range. I am now on actigall for the gallstone, because I am afraid of surgery and I just started taking paxil because I am so worried about this. It just doesn't seem right to me. And Gilberts syndrome doesn't run in my family, two years ago my indirect billirubin was 0.4. Could anyone tell me why I look slightly yellowish,(if you didn't know me you wouldn't think i was)and I have had people look at the whites of my eyes and tell me they look slightly tinged yellow. Also my ultrasound of liver gallbladder, pancreas, kidneys all were normal.my doctor says not to worry, but I really am.Could some one please help me?
