indigesion & nausea

I am 57 yrs. of age and mother of two daughters, my manstruration has stopped abt. 6/7 yrs back
my wt. is 75 kg.I had gastri problem for a long time and the gas comes out always from mouth.
Last one year , early morning nausea has started along with gastric problems.appetite is there but do not
feel like to have any thing..As the time goes on and from afternoon I feel better. The following pathological
tests have done.
Blood, Tc,Dc, Esr, T3, T4, Ra factor, All found ok, only Esr was 96
USG of entire abdomen was ok
Endroscopy found ok( diog-Gastritis)
Chest 'X' ray found ok
Recently Esr test shows 40
Now please advice me how to stop nausea
