8 years back I was diagonised with chronic gastritis, and I had One month medication which cured my problem. Now the problem seems to have relapsed because I get hungry within 2-3 hrs after every meal and if i dont eat then my stomach starts to growl and i get a pain in the stomach. to solve this i had to either eat huge quantity to last till the next meal or eat something in between. because of this over eating now I have started gaining extra weight.
just three days ago i had some UTI kind of sympton and after that I started getting acute pain in my stomach and back, and these had become a trend and I get the pain in the night usually and by morning the pain is gone.
I would be very happy if some one could shed some ideas and experience about my problem and whether chronic gastritis has any relation with UTI, Stomach pain and back pain, and what medicine should i go for?

You seem to know alot about gastritis. What is atrophic gastritis and is it bad? I've had it about 7 mo. and I'm at my wits end. Are you getting better?
