intestine , diarrhea , social life

I am a 24 year old male , and i have a intestinal problem or instability i guess that is the term , i usually go to the toilet about 7 to 8 times a day , sometimes it gives me only a few seconds to find my way to a toilet , and  what i defecate is water or very very dilluted feces ,like  diahrrea  , consistent only a few times per month .
I have the feeling when i leave the toilet that i have not finished , i have a kind of impression in the zone of the intestine , sometimes a slight nausea.
Some people think this might be stress ,and/or nutrition , i have been under periods of stress along my life and this situation has been frequent for the last year and a half .
This is so embarrasing , i dont feel confortable to leave my home , or go on trips  or hang out since i am afraid to suffer from a spasm and have diahrrea, i can predict what kind of food i can eat , and i cant predict also when is something like that going to happen ,the last time was two hours ago , during lunch i had time only to stand up and walk  half way trough the living room, this is really starting to frighten me , mostly because , as i said i´am only 24 years old , and i think i should be out there worrying with something else like a job , a girlfriend , and so on.
please i am worried with my situation, i was wondering if anyone could help me , please. Please

THANK YOU VERY MUCH

A few things come to mind.  If you are on any medications, sometimes they can cause the kind of diarrhea you're having, so review their side effects and consider changing to another kind.  It's also possible you've got an infection in your intestines, all sorts of bacteria can get in there, and cause a terrible upset of digestion.  For that, you need to go to the doctor and have them draw blood and do a stool test, so they can see if you have a virus or bacteria illness in your guts.  It's also possible you're allergic somehow to one or more of the foods you are eating, with some common offenders being milk, wheat, food with nuts in it, just to name a few.  There are various methods to find out if that's the case, the main one is to eat one particular food one day and see what happens, add another food you usually eat and see what happens, and continue along until you hit a food that makes you sick.

There are also more complex reasons why diarrhea happens to people, which would require you to be seen by a gastroenterologist doctor, and he can do a bunch of other investigations as to what other things you might be sick with.  The good thing about it is, almost all digestive conditions can be treated somehow or other, so if you have to go to a doctor, you will get help.  Insurance usually covers this sort of thing, or if you don't have any, you can go to the county health department in your town for a minimal fee.
