irratated navel

My navel has been irratated over a week now.It started with a red itchy spot inside navel on a scar where theyd done had done some exsploritory surgery before i had a hysterectomy,about 8 years ago.Id had this before but didnt remem what id done for it.So i put perocide in it,then i used fungas foot spray,it burned it like fire!Then i just used little alchohol and it sarted healing.Acouple days later it started up again with burning,and clear like discharge.I then used perocide again.Well it got worse so i used zinc oxide and that is helping but its taking while to heal and is still wet and draining when i get up in the morning,I thought about using a fungus cream that wouldnt be as strong as the foot spray was,is this somrthing that only a docter can fix?

This needs to be checked by a doc. Stop putting things on it so the doc will be able to get a true picture of what's actually going on and call in the morning. Navels can become infected.
