is it Bananas or Pancreas?

Hello Everyone,

I have had Pancreatitis for 13Yrs.  Off and on...  My question is malabsorption can cause your ribs to cramp, as if you don't have enough Potassium?  Can it also be caused by the Pancreas, they hurt bad and there is no warning. How if this is dietary do I absorb when I take enough Ultrase to kill a horse so to speak.

do you take digestive enzymes to allow for digestion and absorbtion of food?...if not, with pancreatitis, you need that for sure!,,plus it allows your pancreas to relax and not realy have to work, the enzymes do the job!

Well I would just google vegetable supplements or go to your local drug store and ask your pharmacist about them.

Have you tried vegetable supplements? Not vitamins but actual vegetable extracts. They come and pill and powder form. These would probably be alot easier for our body to digest.
