I am having a pain on the right side of belly button. It feels that it is somewhere in intestine. I can feel the site of pain by touching. At times when bowel gases are blocked I can feel a little bulge in intestine.I am having loose stools for three years. In the morning it feels as if the material is moving in intestines and causes pain.A little relief is found when I lie towards right or lie down using a pillow to keep my chest a little above the stomach.Due to this perceived obstruction I am having constipation. The urge remains upto 3pm and then subsides .At times bowel gases block into intestine and severe pain occurs in stomach as well as headache in the front left part of head.If you can tell the probable cause of the problem please help.

I'm not a doctor by any means but I see that you have posted this question a couple of times.  This makes me think that you are worried about your symptoms.  I would highly recommend that you make an appointment with your primary care physician and need be get a referral to a Gastro specialist.  The doctors will be able to order some tests (possibly both an Endoscopy and a Colonoscopy) and maybe even an ultra sound or CT Scan.  They will also probably order some blood work.  But in any case, if this is really bothering you you should seek the advice of your physician.  Take care!

If you have an upper GI with small bowel follow through they should be able to see any obstructions and either verify or prove wrong the suspicions you have about what's going on in your intestines. In case you've never had the pleasure :-) , it's a pretty easy test - you just have to drink some barium and lie on a table while they take x-rays.

As for your headache, that might be a separate issue.
Good luck.
