ok i have a hard time using the bathroom sometimes i go dayz without
pooping
so my friend told me to give my self a small enema using a shampoo bottle that has been
cleaned with no shampoo in it and just use water and that will help
so that is what i did
i have done it twice and it really did help
but that was like a couple of weeks ago
and anywayz i have a really bad tummy ache rite now and i was wondering if they had
anything to do with each other
im really worried i need some advice please thanx

When this constipation started? Are you also bloated and have gas? Are you taking any medicines? What's your diet?
