is this prostate cancer

Hi i am an 18 year old male whos in good health(so i believe) i dont drink or smoke or do drugs. Lately i have been experiencing pain in the area right above my penis when i urinate, it shows up right when i start and i have to stop in order to make it stop hurting but when i do i can easily finish urination. another thing ive been feeling is a sharp dull pain sort of in my anus when i urinate also. i know its uncommon in men under 50 to have prostate cancer and a family history(which i dont have) is a big factor but with saying that is it possible to have prostate cancer (i have surgery with an urologist on the 15th of may, with which he is going to look inside my bladder) also when i saw the urologist on the 25th(to schedule the surgery) he felt my prostate and when he wiggled his fingers and asked if it hurt i said no BUT it did hurt(i was scared of saying yes) please can someone help me

Another thing when i have a bowel movement i pass one stool then i feel like i have to pass another but i cant, and when i push after it hurts, and after i go the bowel dosent feel empty plus i fart like 20 times a day is this normal?

Please someone reply
