is this serious

by marvanha, Jul 01, 2009 01:37PM
I went to see a disability review doctor last Tuesday (06-23-09) he felt around on my stomach and told me that he felt a swelling said it could be either my stomach or spleen and that it was serious with my symptoms of pain with long term of diarrhea bouts and than switching to a lot more days of constipation. I have had the diarrhea for many years now until lately so I was wondering if someone can tell me if this is serious or not. Years ago I had a bone marrow test done which they told me after wards that everything was fine except for the Gerd I have and that within 5 to 15 years I would probably have to have the bone marrow test done again. Please can someone in the medical field give me something to go on here I am a little worried now. Thanks
